What inspired you to start Winni Pest Solutions and Alpha Omega Wildlife Control?
I was a financial adviser with A.G. Edwards & Sons in my first career out of college. I started Alpha Omega Wildlife Control in 2001 after reading an article in the Wall Street Journal regarding nuisance wildlife and the loss of habitat with the expansion of urban sprawl. In 2016, I started Winni Pest Solutions to better serve my client base.
What do you love most about this work?
I love the mystery and investigative part of an inspection. Being involved with discovering and curing the issue makes me feel like a superhero. Fixing our clients’ pest or wildlife problems, removing annoying sounds, eliminating horrible odors, and getting rid of pests is a very rewarding job!
What’s most important for people to know about Winni Pest Solutions?
I am highly focused on good customer relations. Customers are our business–without them we would be out of business! I like to connect with our clients and develop real relationships. They’re entrusting their homes and businesses to us and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions Team?
Working with my daughter Daniele. Sharing my experiences and seeing her grow with the business.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I have four children and three grandchildren who keep me young and quite busy. Watching my grandchildren playing sports is usually the highlight of my day. I am also an avid hunter and love racing snowmobiles on water and backcountry snowmobiling.
What is it about the Lakes and White Mountains Region that you enjoy most?
I enjoy the change of seasons the most.

How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
After graduating from Plymouth State University, I worked in sales for a manufacturing company. A couple years into my career, I started thinking about working side-by-side with my dad. With my sales and marketing background, I saw an opportunity to help him grow his business and it was something I could not stop thinking about!
I joined the Winni Pest team as a full-time pest control specialist working in the field. Having the field work experience has allowed me to fully understand the business, and I’m able to apply what I learned in an operational setting.
What do you love most about this work?
I enjoy talking with clients and learning about them. We value knowing our customers on a first-name basis and try to be there when they need us most.
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions Team?
I appreciate the opportunity to work with and learn from my dad. Along with the company culture we’re creating and the small company vibe we maintain. I also appreciate being able to apply my knowledge to our operations. I’ve been working on updating our software, optimizing routes, managing marketing, and strengthening our customer relations practices.
What is it about the Lakes and White Mountains Region that you enjoy most?
In the winter, I enjoy the snow in the mountains. In the summer, it’s lake time with my family. In the fall, I look forward to the weather cooling down and some free time to go hunting.
Jonathan Morgan
Technician, Winni Pest Solutions
Foreman, Alpha Omega Wildlife Control
How did you get started with Winni Pest Solutions?
As a child, I was always catching frogs and bringing snakes home to my mom. Yes, I was that kid next door who kept everyone guessing! Prior to joining Winni Pest Solutions, I worked as a chimney sweep specialist. That profession provided me with the experience I needed to work on roofs, which is a must-have talent in the wildlife business! While wildlife truly is my passion, I’m also a fully licensed pest control technician.
What do you love most about this work?
I excel at wildlife control! I’m not afraid to work with any animal and can exclude them from all buildings. I will crawl around rooftops like Spiderman on a mission!
What do you appreciate most about being part of the Winni Pest Solutions Team?
I appreciate the family environment. Winni Pest Solutions is my family.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my kids hiking, snowboarding, and biking.
